FOUR BEAN SOUP

Ingredients  (Serves 6-8)

  • 1 can of red pinto beans.
  • 1 can of white beans.
  • 1 can of black beans.
  • 1 can of kidney beans.
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped.
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped.
  • 32 ounces vegetable stock.

Directions

  1. Drain all cans of beans of excess liquid, then add all beans into crock pot.
  2. Add chopped celery and onion.
  3. Pour in 32 ounces of vegetable stock.
  4. Set crock pot to low heat and slow cook 2-3 hours.
