CJ’s MEATLOAF GORGONZOLA

There’s ordinary meatloaf and then there’s Meatloaf Gorgonzola.  All of the flavors come together to make a great, extraordinary meatloaf. Try this next time you have meatloaf for dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef.
  • 1 tablespoons minced garlic.
  • 1 cup instant potato flakes.
  • 1 cup milk.
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped.
  • sea salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola crumbles.
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce.
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

Directions

  1. Assemble all ingredients minus the marinara sauce mixing and combining.
  2. Form a loaf with mixed ingredients.
  3. Top with marinara sauce and cook, uncovered, for about 45 minutes.
  4. Allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to slicing and serving.
